BizFractional ("we", "us", "our") provides fractional CFO and strategic finance advisory services to businesses in India and remote outsourced-CFO services to businesses abroad. 1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, city, business turnover range, industry, the finance challenge you describe and your preferred time to talk.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation enabled, to understand how visitors use the site. This may collect your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies. The cash-flow calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

- To respond to your enquiry and arrange or conduct a strategy call;
- To provide, and follow up on, advisory services you request;
- To understand and improve our website and content;
- To meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
We rely on your consent, which you give by contacting us, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

We use cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Disabling cookies will not stop you using the site. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with Web3Forms, which processes and delivers your contact-form submission to us; Google Analytics, for website measurement; our hosting and email providers, who store the site and our mailbox; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Any financial or business information you share in the course of an engagement is treated as strictly confidential.
5. Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Confidentiality is central to how we work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we act promptly on any concern.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. Email advisor@bizfractional.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Third-party links
Our site links to external websites such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Our services and website are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
